I got Alphy from Linda (lksdolls) when he was 8 months old so he came with the name. I didn't want to change it after he had had it for so long and was used to it and coincidentally it fit, not that I did this on purpose by my kids are Amanda, Ashley, then I had gotten Abby, so naturally I stayed with the "A" name of Alphy.

My daughter says since we have an A and B name for our dogs the next one has to start w/a C. My son thinks we are going to go through the entire alphabet!
