Well if her hair is actually lemon colored, nothing will change the color of her coat. But the blue stuff might brighten it, who knows? I can't remember the name but it was a small blue bottle and it is for whitening laundry. I will go do some research on the name and exactly how to do it because I don't want you turning her blue!
Her matting may get better as she gets older, it may not. When they are losing their puppy coat they tend to mat a lot more.
