everyone for the bill on here is commenting on the fact that it would stop puppy millers... but in my opinion these people are ALREADY doing something immoral and illegal so what makes us think they would follow this law anyway?

if anything i think it may stop people with registering their animals through the countys as to keep from getting a fine and end up with more animals in the shelter.


my vet wont spay/neuter until 5 months... or even 6 for some dogs depending on their size and weight...

although its a good idea to wont to keep dog and cat populations from growing outrageously... this isnt the way to do it.... theres alot of revisions that need to be made.
