OMW Sydnee was terrified of the blow dryer and wasn't any happier about the bath. I can see its going to take a few of these to get her mindset to being a cleanly creature. I used the most gentle shampoo I could find. Since the one I ordered isn't here yet from that one web site everyone said was great. Viki
