She just needs time and she'll love it in her area! Vinnie cried the first night, so I took an old t-shirt, washed it, wore it around for about two hours, and wrapped it around a hot water bottle, so he could smell me near him, even though I didn't have to be right there, he learned to love his crate at night, after a few weeks he didn't need the hot water bottle anymore and learned that his crate was a comfort zone for him....of course...now he sleeps in bed with us!
