Default Problems with aggression and running away

Hey,

I am new to the forums but had a question. I have a 10 week old female yorkie and she is great most of the day. But when she starts playing or getting excited she starts to snarl and get aggressive when you try and pick her up. Even when we are not playing, when I hold my hands out to pick her up, she walks backwards and seems scared to get near my hands, but will walk right up to my feet. I have never hit her and we are very nice to her. When I do pick her up, she tries to turn around to nibble on my hands, I tell her NO in a firm voice and then put her in her room for 20 minutes. Shes usually calm when she comes out but starts right back up when she starts playing. Any suggestions on nipping this in the bud, she just started with this. I have tried to get her to come with a treat, but she comes and gets it and runs away. Thanks!!
