Yep. And if it gets too high you can take both of them at the same time. My daughter had a 104.4 fever two years ago and that's what they did at the ER. I guess you should only do that if your fever really spikes though. But def. Tylenol and and then Motrin every two to three or four hours. Hope you feel better soon.
