If your fiance isn't a big wine person I would stick to champagne. Try Barefoot Cellars Pinot Grigio Champagne. It is a very light tasting champagne, easy to drink. I have seen it at Trader Joe's and Safeway. I buy it when I don't want to spend a lot of money or just feel like a glass of champagne on a Tuesday night!
