They use to say put alcohol in the water, now they say don't put it in there, it absorbs through the skin..They changed that a few years back. But, do keep cool and try to keep from putting a lot of blankets on if you're chilling, your body needs to be able to get the fever out, and you keep that from happening by putting too many covers on you. You should never bundle a baby when they have a fever either..
