When i got home from work today i had some mail to open, one was a letter from my mail order catalogue, someone had tried to make some expensive purchases in my name! it appears they have somehow got into my email account and read a catalogue email i had sitting in my inbox and then asked for my catalogue to send 'me' a password reminder for my account, then logged into the account as me and ordered nearly £1500 worth of goods!
I have rang them and sorted it all out....and i have been changing my passwords on EVERYTHING just to make sure...I have no idea how this has happened! I have given myself a headache stressing over it!
