Maybe someone can come from the Kansas City area to talk about Canine Good Citizen classes or Therapy Dog Training...if you found some local dog training business or contact someone from Delta or Pet Partners regarding therapy dogs that would be great. You can find someone local I bet by going to their website.
Or contact the local Humane Society and have someone talk about how to keep our babies safe, etc.
Just throwin out some ideas.
