I don't know why, but Otis just captured my heart (probably the same for so many of us).
I am such an eternal optimist - it just really hurts me that people, who have nothing to do with the situation, could be so cruel as to add pain on top of pain. Like your wish, I just pray that whoever has Otis is keeping him warm and safe until circumstances bring you back together.
You're right - I bet those people make their mothers real proud.
