Mine is 30" tall and my little 6 lb Bella has escaped 3 times
We don't know how she's getting out, if she's climbing or jumping but we're afraid she's going to hurt herself so I went and bought a large crate to keep her in during the day. It's not as big and the x-pen is but she's got lots of room for her bed, toys, etc and at least now I don't have to worry about her hurting herself while we're gone. She a smart little buggar
