 I don't use much sweetener either so once in a while using Splenda won't be too bad.
 
 Now - if you really want to do it healthy - go to your store and buy the Greek yogurt called Fage in plain and then add a tablespoon of no sugar jam (you can get both of these at a Trader Joe's or Whole Foods).  I personally can't eat the Fage but a lot of people do..it's just personal taste.

  I eat the Fage sometimes, too.  The 0% fat one only has 80 cals and it's a bigger than the normal yogurt cups.  I find it at Kroger in their little "natural" section.  It's good, but I could see others not liking it.  It's a lot thicker than normal yogurt..closer to sour cream.  Im trying to pay attention to my calories right now, so I opt for the lower cal one.  However, like Cyndi said..if you're trying to go a more natural way, Fage is great!
