Personally, I would go for the lower-cal. But that's just me. I dont eat enough artificial sweetners to harm me. I think it's all in moderation. If you drink tons of diet drinks, and use splenda on everything you eat, then I think it's a different story. There are some people who prefer natural sugars, even if they are higher. Its just like the difference between fat free foods and regular foods.
