I have been watching what I eat and find it hard sometimes...
Anyway, I have been trying to find a good yogurt...with live/active cultures, low carbs in low in sugar --- which most yogurts are pretty high in sugar!
I have tried and liked Dannon Light & Fit smoothie
It is sweetened w/ Splenda though and has a sweet taste to it.
Calories 60 Carbs 4g and Sugar 3g
DanActive Immunity Drink
80 calories and 14grams of sugar
(no artificial sweetners)
Blue Bunny Light - no sugar added
50 calories 5 grams of sugar
Sweetened w/ Sucralose
Are any of those sweetners good for you?
Or should I stick w/ the one that is not sweetened w/ artificial sweetners?
