Were they taken by surprise w/ this ice storm? Most interstates keep that melting stuff on it (some sort of liquid) and sand. I know two ice storms back, here, the interstate was at a stand still because of tons of wrecks and horrible conditions....they made sure they were on top of it this last storm!
