I'm curious too. I thought I'd free feed Scrappy so that he'd get enough... he's so young and everything. Plus, he doesn't just sit down and eat much. He eats for a bit and then runs off. I think that he typically is eating maybe 1/3 of a cup of food a day (plus lil treats when he potties on the pottypad). He's about 10 weeks old and weighs 2lb 8oz (as of the vet office on three days ago).
I've been thinking about switching him over to a couple meals a day - just to try to time his potties better, but during the work-week it's hard to do much other than morning food and evening food (but he almost always ends up poopin in the crate... ) |
