There are several threads that I have already posted regarding the
dangers of using the plastic ones. Read the back of the label very
carefully. It states, small fragments SHOULD pass. When they don't
they tear up the lining of the stomach, causes bleeding and black
diahrea, vomiting and hospitalization. I know because Buddy was hopstialized
for 4 days due to nylabones.
There are other safer chews on the market. Try the natural bones.
Never believe what anyone in a store tells you! They don't know.
