  I can substitute the wheat flour with rice flour or potato flour. I have 2 allergy babies I currently make these for.  As far how they taste to us...Best I can describe is Pumpkin Pie without the sugar?? The main ingredient is Organic canned pumpkin, with the cinnamon and nutmet mixed in to me they are pretty yummy!
