I am so sorry to hear of your delimma. The man was a thief from the start he probably saw you bring your baby in, and then started to formulate his plan. You have to practically keep your dog under lock and key these days, these crooks know these dogs are worth a lot of money and they try to cash in on it. Once again, sorry for your loss. I hope he brings Otis back, but I doubt it. Always remember what goes around comes around.
