Well that is the thing i have talked to the director of the humane society and i have even went and visited her we had a real nice chat about it all and she told me it was 31 she even told me where different ones had went and are being held so i just have this gut feeling that she is telling me the truth and the email was either a mix up or a fib and i am hoping it was just a mix up
