, actually im not in the city. im in pacifica, right next to the city but closer to the water.. where i use to live in the bakersfield area, for what im paying now, i can get a new 4 bedroom house!!! sheesh!!! hehe.. but i love it here in the bay... hehe.. ALso, same here, if i see it cheaper anywhere else i would go where it is cheaper.. hehe
