I'd want to see their setup and meet the parent doggies. The lady I bought scrappy from had more than one breed, but all the dogs were in her house and extremely well taken care of. My breeder was happy to send me photos of everything and showed me around her setup when I came to meet scrappy.
She also didn't try to tell me what I could or couldn't do with him, she didn't tell me that I couldn't have one of her puppies (I have young children and some breeders think that I shouldn't be allowed to have a puppy because of this).
See how YOU feel! Also, I'd be curious how she feels about you contacting her or talking to her later in your puppy's life if you have questions or issues, etc.
