He's had 3 Distemper-Hepatitis shots, 4 Parvo shots, 3 Parainfluenza shots, 1 Leptospirosis shot so far. He had his 1st Parvo shot at 4 weeks; at 6 & 9 weeks he had Distemper, Parvo & Parainfluenza; at 11.5 weeks he had Distemper,Parvo, Lepto, & Parainfluenza. (According to his record from the vet in MS.)Thats all I know so far; his "breeder" is the one who started his shot schedule... I'm thinking she wasn't the greatest.
I'll update after we get to the vet.
