I have the rubbermaid drawers and in the shallow drawers, I have small rubbermaid like containers that I put all of our bows in. - they never get dusty or flattened. --- I also have various sizes of the small containers to hold their combs/brushes, bags of hair bands, etc.

I love those from joann's too!
My Dad use to get some sort of metal box w/ clear arcrylic (sp) drawers from an auto supply store (to store nuts and bolts, etc) and those work great for tons of little things (hairbows, scrapbooking, crafts, etc).
