Yes the weather in Chicago is horrible. I feel the weather is too cold for my 13week yorkie even if i did bundle him up! If I take him outside for any reason I put his sweater and coat on
I don't want him to get sick so I don't want to take him out to potty. So right now I am paper training him. Don't worry we understand
