No what I meant is that I couldnt open a paypal account until they deposited a few cents into my account and I had to tell them exactly how much they deposited..thats how they knew I was who I was..Im just curious as my step son wanted to sell some stuff on ebay but I told him he couldnt until he opened a bank account..which he did..and the deposited the money into his account like they did mine..that way they knew it was really him...I didnt know you could do it without a bank account..good to know..sorry I cant help ya though..
