My absolute favorite bow box is the Artbin box from Joann's. They are nicer than the opaque plastic bead boxes you find at craft stores. They are heavy, almost like acrylic. They are see through so you can find exactly what you are looking for quickly.

I get the larger 18 compartment box. Two of my bows fit nicely in one compartment, although I do put a third in sometimes when I'm running out of space. You can either buy them at a Joann's store or online:
