I'm so sorry. I know that EXACT intersection you were talking about, as I live around the Sacramento area. It kind of frightens me that there's a "dog-napper" 15-20 minutes away from me

Have you tried contacting the police? Keep a lookout on the sacbee classifieds website ... he could list your Otis on there.

I hope you find your baby soon.
