Have you tried long walks before leaving her? Just to tire her out and help her sleep while you are gone (Cesar would recommend this).

Maybe also leaving on a radio by the cage to make her think there is somebody there. I left a clock by the crate at night that seemed to help a bit in the early stages. Or even a TV to keep her entertained..

They love squeeky toys if you haven't tried.

My little guy also likes to be facing a mirror when I put him in his cage. If I move the cage he barks.
