How funny! I have to admit to being a complete BIRDBRAIN, but that dog is just the most darling Yorkie! I just want to go pick him up and bring him home

Haha, It looks like the bird (a Senegal Parrot?) is reading him the riot act, and the dog is all contrite about whatever it was that he did, LOL.
