I don't think most people who have dogs are experts and have ALL of the answers to any problem that may come up with having a dog. You can't always predict behavior issues. Some dogs may not have any problem with a child that likes to run around and is noisy. The OP is coming to this forum for help and it looks like she's received some great advise. I don't see the need to bash someone because she's wasn't an expert on dog behavior before she had one, rather she should be commended for asking for advise and wanting to do right by both her son and furbaby.

Something I didn't mention but now seems prevalent is that out of all 4 of my Yorkies, she is the only one that has a problem with my son. The other 3 love him and play with him all the time.

I think it may just be a difference in personality
