Thanks everyone. I called the vet this morning and dropped her off for some tests. The vet thinks I'm being overly cautious (whatever that means). He checked her out and said that he thinks she may have been a little confused since she's been going on the pee pad for the weekend. He also said that maybe she just doesn't like the cold and rather poo inside. haha. I don't know if he's messing with me or if he's serious.

Anyways, the advice he gave was to go back to potty-training methods...taking her out every 4 hours, being really watchful of her, not letting her out of sight. As far as the separation anxiety, he said it does sometimes happen to dogs after a traumatic event (ie. spaying). He said that time should allow everything to go back to normal. If she isn't back to normal by the end of the weekend though, I think I may see another vet for their opinion.

Thanks again for all the responses! It's nice to have some other Yorkie fans to talk to.
