Are their lines clear of liver shunt, luxating patella (this could be difficult)...?
Does the female come from a line of free whelpers? I have read that as many as 20% of Yorkies have c-sections ($500-$2000).
Do they meet the standard of the breed (no roachback, correct bite, good weight..)?
Testing should be done for liver shunt (bile acid test), luxating patella and hips (xrays taken of both preferrably), cleared of collapsing trachea, ears and eyes checked... There is a good thread in the breeders section called "Health Screening" right now.
There is a small chance that you could lose your girl if you breed her. Someone will also have to be with her at the end of her pregnancy and for the first few weeks of the puppies lives. If she can't feed them, someone will have to every two - four hours....
It is so much work, but if you're up for it and doing all the research, then go for it.
