One word.. Cheerios.
I hold one above my head and she knows that she needs to stay seated and look at me to earn it. I also do some high pitched little sounds to keep her attention. Both of my dogs are such hams.. they just love having their picture taken.. In fact Tuffy was so mad that I was only taking Pixie's picture.. he was sulking in a corner. *lol*
