We use photoshop elements and paint shop pro 7 for all the cute pictures and then TRY to use Jasc Animation Shop 3 for the actual moving avatar...I tried to make one, but I couldn't get the sizing right.....so my duaghter did all the pictures, wording in mine and ADA did the actual avatar....we are still trying to figure it all out too! Good luck! I can't wait to see what everyone else says.
