Maybe try and put some vicks on the moms nose so everything smells the same. I had to do this to a mommy bunny one time when we had to take her and her babies out of the cage when a hurricane was approaching. We knew she may reject her babies if they smelled different. Those babies really need their mom, so maybe hold her and the babies so they can nurse.
