Prayers for your mom. Prayers also for all of those suffering with respiratory illness. It's so frightening when your breathing is compromised.
Last night, before Kelly went to the hospital, my grandson was crying and scared. His sister (6) looked at him and said "She's ok, look, her lips are pink. If her lips were blue that would mean she's not breathing good enough..".then she went back to her book that she was reading.
I talked to kelly and she's being referred to the pulmonologist. Her cardio dr said that at her age and with severe asthma he would recommend that pulmonology monitor her asthma instead of an allergist. Also her heart rate has returned to normal but she feels out of breath if she gets up and walks around. Her chest pain is being controlled.
