luckypet.com for pet id tags? Their tags look pretty good and they this "Owner Alert" program that seems pretty handy but I am a little scared it might be a scam of some sort. How do you know?

Does anyone have suggestions on good quality id tags? The place I have used in the past have changed their materials or something because the last tag I got looked horrible and not at all ledgable within about 3 weeks.
