My older Yorkie ran off once and was picked up by someone within a couple of hours who almost didn't return him. My family came together and prayed and we got him back the next evening.

And yes, PLEASE REPORT IT TO YOUR LOCAL NEWS STATIONS IMMEDIATELY!

Make as many flyers you can offering a reward, spread the news to everyone, and bug the police nonstop!

As far as I'm concerned the law needs to be changed. Steeling someone's pet is not like steeling money, jewelry, a car, etc. It amounts to "kidnapping", and it should be prosecuted and punished as such.
