Write down everything about him you can think of, then call the
Sacramento newspapers and the TV news and Local radio morning shows.
That happened to a couple of families here in Reno last year and the papers,news & radio ran reports about the yorkies.
If you can give a detailed discription of him and somebody reads it or hears about it they might know who it was.
A reward for information is a big incentive to turn someone in.
