Isn't it great! It even gives you tips on what you should eat, and grades what you do eat, like a green appl you get an A but if you eat like a bagel with butter or something you get like a B or C, it's awesome! It helps me keep interested in what i eat and if it's healthy or not! And the forum is great to talk to others doing the same. Oh and do not feel frustrated about gaining weight, my mom is going thru the EXACT same thing as you! She had knee surgery cause her knee is all messed up and now has put on some weight cause she can't work out. Running on the thread mill made it worse so now she feels bad she can't do anything about it and to make it worse before her knee messed up she had lost a ton of weight by running everyday on it, but now she has gained it all back cause she can't work out and she feels frustrated too.
