Each dress has about 2 inches of velcro so there is some flexibility in them. I measured each in its tightest position.

#l. l2 inch neck and l5 inch chest

#3. 13 inch neck and l6 inch chest

These are measurements with the velcro completely covered. They will extend about 2 inches and still fasten. Thanks.
