Not sure if this was mentioned, but please keep in mind that LP can also be caused by a lot of jumping by the dogs.
Jumping off the sofa, jumping off the bed, etc...
It is sooo hard to keep them from jumping.
And my older girl use to constantly climb the kitchen baby gate and jump out, so I assume that is what caused hers.
My boys "breeder"
is a whole other story.
