Without YT, I don't think that I would be going for a 2nd opinion. I just know that it may affect her future (arthritic probs & etc....) and a 2nd opinion won't hurt at all.
Anyone who can share their knowledge, or experiences would be much appreciated......... and also if there are any questions that I need to approach the vet with..... please share!!!

Sooo very sorry that you are going through this too. Jazzie has a level 4, I have not decided on a ortho vet yet. I have plans to visit with 2 more. The first one gave me a lot of his time and information about the surgery ... how its done, the recovery.. it was really soooo very overwhelming, since I had high hopes that Jazzies legs had improved with time and exercise, at the time I didn't realize NOthing can improve LP other than surgery.
. I wish you much luck, keep the questions on a piece of paper so you don't forget anything. Praying for ya'.
