caloriecount.about.com is so cool! You can have food logs and put in what you eat everyday and they will count the calories for you. It will let you know how many calories you consume a day. There is also a log to keep how many times you workout, how many calories you burn and you can write journals. There's also a forum to keep yourself motivated by other ppl, and if you have questions. I'm not sure if im allowed to post this website but if i am it is really good, and i find that it has helped me to stay healthy for the past week! It even told me what date they think i will reach my goal weight!
