i think the no pet clause in the lease is a good idea to look into.
or you could sabatoge the nasty woman to et a new office....find a friend with a cat or furry dog and take clippings of the fur and scatter it around her office!!
im not sure if the building i work out of allows pets or not, but i sneak dexter in every time i go!! lol.
