Ok as you all know my local shelter took in the pups from the puppy mill in Mitchell,Indiana well the woman who had the dogs called into the shelter and told them that she would sign them over if they would just give her a male and a female yorkie back and they told her no they could not do that well later that day a couple of people came into the shelter looking at animals and they snuck back into the back and took two of the pups and snuck out!!! They think they have a lean on them WELL DUHHH and they are in deep you know what when caught because they have tampered with evidence
