the xray is not for breeding tiny puppies, it is to make sure she can deliver a puppy...measuring the puppies head compared to the pelvis. a ten pound yorkie could have just as many problems delivering a puppy than a 5lb yorkie.
i normally do not get x rays on my proven females but any having their first litter, it is a MUST that i have them xray'd
also, i ALWAYS get the oxy shot.
